3. ORDERING PROCESS
A. Order Placement:
Orders are placed through our website. All orders are subject to product availability at the time of processing.
B. Order Confirmation:
An order confirmation will be sent via email or SMS once payment is verified and product availability is confirmed. This confirmation constitutes our acceptance of your offer to purchase.
C. Order Modifications & Cancellations:
Orders may be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting our customer service. After this period, orders may not be changed as processing begins. Custom orders may have different cancellation terms.
4. PRICING, PAYMENT, AND TAXES
A. Pricing:
All prices listed on the Site are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) . Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders.

We deliver to all locations within Pakistan as specified on our Site. International delivery is not currently available.

C. Delivery Charges:
We offer Free Delivery all over Pakistan on all orders. Any additional charges will be clearly communicated during checkout.
D. Delays:
We are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery services, unforeseen circumstances, or force majeure events. However, we will do our best to keep you informed of any significant delays.
E. Same Day Dispatch:
Orders placed before the designated cut-off time will be dispatched on the same business day, subject to product availability and payment verification.

In the event of any dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through our customer service department. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the exclusive jurisdiction for any legal action shall be the competent courts located in Karachi, Pakistan.
